The Institute for Strategic Studies jointly organized third National foresight lab executive seminar with Friedrich-Ebert Stiftung Mongolia on 25 September. The National foresight lab is the joint project between the ISS and FES Mongolia aimed to educate future leaders in field of security practitioners, policy makers and businesses and bring them into one table to discuss national and regional challenges.
This time, participants discussed the topic of “Economic Integration in the Asia-Pacific Region and the Possibilities of Mongolia’s Inclusion”. Two keynote speeches delivered by Mr. N. Enkhbayar, head of the center for economic security studies of ISS and Mr. N.Enkhnasan, board member of the Mongolian federation of freight forwarders. After insightful keynote speeches, participants gathered in groups to elaborate policy recommendations for Mongolia’s economy and transport sector.
