The Institute for Strategic Studies of the National Security Council welcomed the Ambassador of European Union to Mongolia H.E Ms Axelle Nicaise to the Institute’s “Ambassador hour” roundtable discussion. The Ambassador made a detailed presentation on European Unions’ common foreign and security policy and in details about common security and defense policy. The meeting ended with a Q&A session, which led to an interesting discussion on current Mongolia-EU relations, EU policy and strategy on Indo-Pacific, its military and civilian missions. Furthermore, discussion continued about EU-NATO cooperation in framework of European continental security and its impact on global arena.
