Dr. Julian Dierkes, Associate Professor of the School of Public Policy and Global Affairs at the University of British Columbia joined in the ISS Virtual Room Talk series on November 4, 2021. Dr. Dierkes shared his insights on changing geopolitical environment and its implications for Mongolia’s Third Neighbor Policy. As a keen observer of the Mongolian foreign policy, democracy, and economy, Dr. Dierkes exchanged his view with young researchers following his talk.
