On April 15, 2021, ISS Director Z. Boldbaatar, held a virtual meeting with Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) of the USA. The delegates from the U.S. Embassy in Ulaanbaatar including Major Mathew Smalley and Major Christopher J.Scott, Assistant Army Attaché, also attended the meeting. Within the cooperation framework between NPS and ISS, the parties reviewed the activities organized in the past and agreed on potential ways to collaborate in the future despite the pandemic.
