Dr. Hans Mouritzen, Senior Research Fellow at the Danish Institute for International Studies joined the ISS Virtual Room Talk series on November 25, 2021. He presented his ‘constellation theory’ to explain small states’ foreign policy in a spatial context by taking some examples of Finland and Sweden during the Cold War. He debated with Mongolian scholars if the constellation theory applies to Mongolia’s case.
