Ms. Paola Pampaloni, Deputy managing director for Asia & Pacific of the European External Action Service, gave a talk on “Dialogue on the Third Neighbor Policy of Mongolia in a Changing World Order” at the “Guest talk,” an event co-organized by the Institute for Strategic Studies, and the School of Political Science, International Relations and Public Administration of the National University of Mongolia. The event was attended by H. E. Ambassador Ina Marčiulionytė, Head of Delegation of the European Union to Mongolia, ISS researchers, and SPIRPA faculty and students.
