On November 8, 2024, the Institute for Strategic Studies welcomed the Ambassador of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste to People’s Republic of China H.E. Mr. Da Silva Horta Maubere Loro Sae to the Institute’s “Ambassador hour” roundtable discussion. The Ambassador had an open discussion with ISS experts on geopolitical situations and foreign and security policy of Timor-Leste.
