Minister for Defence Lieutenant General (LTG) Saikhanbayar.G visited Xi’an, China from 18 to 19 November 2022 for a official visit at the invitation of Chinese State Councilor and Minister of National Defense General (GEN) Wei Fenghe. During the meeting, both Ministers reaffirmed the long-standing, warm and friendly bilateral defence relations between Mongolia and China, expressed their commitment to strengthen defence cooperation, and looked forward to furthering cooperation in bilateral exercises, military education, military medicine and exchanges. The Ministers also exchanged views on global and regional security developments during the meeting.
