The Government of Mongolia deployed Search and Rescue team and forward medical team in support of disaster relief mission in Turkey after devastating earthquake. Both teams started operation from 8th February in Hatay city, search and rescue team saved dozens of lives from the site, while forward medical team providing medical support to over 700 patients in 9 days. Officials from National Emergency management agency also handed over humanitarian aid packages to Turkish side including Mongolian Yurts. Mongolian mission to support Turkish people will continue for days.
