Nearly after 3 years border posts between Mongolia and China reopens for travelers. Decision to open the border is made by Chinese authority after declaring to stop Zero-Covid policy. The border posts planning to authorize 300 personnel from both side every day at the beginning.
            At the same time major border post between Mongolia and China “Zamiin-Uud” inaugurates newly renovated border checkpoint complex on January 8. The renovation of the main building, interior and exterior constructions, and subsurface utility engineering services have been completed in the area of 19.72 hectares.
 
            The renovation met international standards and was completed with the funding of MNT 30 billion from the state budget and the Chinese government’s non-refundable aid of CNY 233 million.
