{"id":2073,"date":"2026-06-08T17:03:23","date_gmt":"2026-06-08T09:03:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/en.iss.gov.mn\/?p=2073"},"modified":"2026-06-09T10:04:14","modified_gmt":"2026-06-09T02:04:14","slug":"2073","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/en.iss.gov.mn\/?p=2073","title":{"rendered":"11th \u201cUlaanbaatar Dialogue\u201d International Conference Successfully Held"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia and the Institute for Strategic Studies jointly organized the 11th \u201cUlaanbaatar Dialogue\u201d International Conference on Northeast Asian Security on 4\u20135 June 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since its launch in 2014, the Dialogue has become a key platform reflecting the consistency and continuity of Mongolia\u2019s foreign policy. This year marked its 11th gathering.<br>The conference gathered over 300 participants from around 40 countries and more than 10 international organizations, alongside Mongolian government representatives, scholars, and researchers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/en.iss.gov.mn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/714541440_1483113860509320_3418941343323846885_n-1-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2076\" style=\"width:1228px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/en.iss.gov.mn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/714541440_1483113860509320_3418941343323846885_n-1-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/en.iss.gov.mn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/714541440_1483113860509320_3418941343323846885_n-1-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/en.iss.gov.mn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/714541440_1483113860509320_3418941343323846885_n-1-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/en.iss.gov.mn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/714541440_1483113860509320_3418941343323846885_n-1-1536x1025.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/en.iss.gov.mn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/714541440_1483113860509320_3418941343323846885_n-1.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">High-level officials, including Chung Dong-young, Minister of Unification of the Republic of Korea; Liu Xiaoming, China\u2019s Special Envoy on Korean Peninsula Affairs; W\u0142adys\u0142aw Bartoszewski, Deputy Foreign Minister of Poland; and Markus Leitner, Deputy State Secretary and Head of Asia and the Pacific Division at the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs, attended the conference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Discussions focused on pressing security challenges in Northeast Asia, preventive diplomacy, mediation practices, and sustainable solutions.
